April 14 This psalm reminds us of the gruesome story of the crucifixion of Jesus. I wonder what it must have been like to be a person in the crowd watching this horrible thing happen to someone who loved him. I wonder how Jesus' mother felt. I wonder how the soldiers felt? How do you feel today knowing what Jesus did for you? I wonder... Psalm 22:1-21 To the leader: according to The Deer of the Dawn. A Psalm of David. My God, my God, why have you forsaken me? Why are you so far from helping me, from the words of my groaning? O my God, I cry by day, but you do not answer; [...]

April 12 My Silent Knowing by Liquid Mind ~Meditation music https://youtu.be/8f__Ml77XTQ Have you ever tried meditation? It's an opportunity to center yourself in the present moment. Allow yourself to feel the calm and the relaxation. Don't worry if it's difficult. Your mind may wander, but that's ok. Just lovingly accept the thoughts that enter. You can repeat the following words to help center yourself. As you slowly inhale, you can say, “Perfect Love.” As you exhale, you can say, “Cast our fear.” Another example is to inhale and say, “Be Still.” Exhale saying, “And know.” Inhale: “That I.” Exhale: “Am God.” Keep practicing. Allow yourself to feel the peace. Allow yourself to feel God.

April 9 “When you are bullied it makes you more self-conscious. You feel as if you have to do things to feel good about yourself. Your friends try all they want but nothing can stop your from being bullied. The only way to stop a bully is taking action. The worst part about being bullied is that it never seems to go away. It always finds a way to stop you. To feel like nothing about you or your life is right. Even when you think you are unstoppable, this person takes that away from you. You feel unnoticed...like a chameleon. You blend into your surroundings. The only thing that will pull you out is someone [...]
