Join us for a very special service where we create a space to acknowledge all that isn’t merry and bright during this festive holiday season. Come light a candle and pray God’s love and light into the broken places of our hearts and our world. And bring a friend or anyone you know who is grappling with hard things made harder by Christmas.
Come see where the light breaks in
and experience the peculiar hope of Advent.
Please let us know if you can come at 5:00pm to help make soup and pack up bagged lunches for the GAPS program.
We’ll be making little care packages to go along with the lunches and would appreciate any new men’s socks to add to each package.
You can e-mail Pastor Sarah (email@example.com) or sign up here.
Come at 6:00 for worship and dinner (no RSVP required)

Ten Bean Soup with tomatoes, carrots, onions and garlic
The Women’s Bean Project hires women who are chronically unemployed. Through this organization they find job training and support, so they can stand tall, find their purpose, and end the cycle of poverty.
